How it works
1
Arrival
When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our experienced Registered Veterinary Technicians who will perform an initial assessment to ensure the most critical patients are given priority. This is referred to as triage. This means that patients arriving after you may be seen first. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.2
Examination
Next, one of our veterinarians will examine your pet and possibly ask further questions before they discuss their concerns and a tentative diagnostic and/or treatment plan. While many of these diagnostic tests are performed on-site, it will take some time before the results are available. This is an ideal time to pose any questions you may have. Our team wants to ensure you are comfortable with the diagnostic/treatment plan and the information we are providing.3
Estimate
Before proceeding with the agreed upon plan, you will be presented with a detailed estimate for our services. Our goal is to be fully transparent with respect to our fees and potential treatment costs. A deposit will be required prior to proceeding with diagnostic/treatment plan.4
